Hi Mahmoud, the dex traces didn't turn up much, none of the Sprocs referenced in the dex trace are missing, I ran the entire trade in SSMS and it runs without any errors.
I've logged a case with Microsoft.

Error in entering vouchers in Purchasing area
We received the following Error message when trying to enter 3 different vouchers today. The message states, "Error saving table ECP_PM_Transaction_WORK_EXT. Error = 17" Does anyone know what this means? How it can be fixed/avoided? Will it cause any problems when posting these vouchers?

- What version and build of GP are you using? GP2010 VERSION 11.00.2292
- At what step of the process does the error occur? What is clicked or entered right before the error?
WHEN SAVING AFTER ENTRY OF VOUCHER
- Does this only happen for some transactions, but not all? YES, ONLY 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES WHEN ENTERING 3 VOUCHERS. THEN WE CLOSED GP AND SIGNED IN AGAIN AND NO PROBLEMS.
- Can you reproduce this at will? NO
- Does this happen for all GP users? Even 'sa'? NOT SURE, ONLY ONE USER HAD THIS ISSUE 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES AND THEN IT WAS GONE. NO OTHER USERS HAVE EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.
- Does this happen in all companies or just one? SEEMS TO BE JUST ONE COMPANY IT HAPPENED IN WITH ONE USER
- Does this happen on multiple computers or just one? JUST HAPPENED ON ONE COMPUTER WITH ONE USER 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES AND THEN NO PROBLEMS

Line Number on Sales Transaction Entry window
Is there any way to show the line number for each item on the Sales Transaction Entry window? We have customers whose picking tickets or order documents are sometimes several pages long. It would help them to be able to find an item on the screen by line number (matching what prints on the printouts).

Can't open SmartList in GP 2013R2 - getting unhandled script exception
When opening SmartList, we get Unhandled Script Exception:
Index 0 of local array is out of range in script
'ASI_Initialize_Explorer_Tree'. Script terminated.
If I click OK, i get into SmartList, but it won't load any of the SmartLists, not even the default ones.
We have SmartList Builder, both the microsoft one, and the eOne installed.
When I run a DEXSQL trace, I don't see much related to that, but I am seeing a:
Cannot find stored procedure 'DYNAMICS.dbo.zDP_SY30000F_1'
It looks like SY30000 is a new table in 2013R2, so I'm guessing this must be R2 related.

That should not be the case. is this for all customers that are part of a national account or just certain customers? I would try running Reconcile on your Receivables transactions to see if that resolves the issue.

National Accounts Cash Receipts
When a cash receipt is received from a parent and is applied to an invoice from one of the children, the invoice still shows as being open when viewed from the child's document in transaction inquiry. Is there a way to see that the invoice was paid by paid by the parent?

Can't use a - (hyphen) in Asset ID in fixed assets
After upgrading to 2013R2, we can no longer enter a - in the Asset ID field. We have over 10,000 assets already in GP with a - i.e. asset ID is 10-44333. Why did Microsoft remove the hyphen ability from that field? And how can we modify all our existing assets to use a different field, I think that we will use A period (.) instead, i.e. 10.44333

All,
We wanted proiduction data in a test company:
1. We successfully created a new company, and were able to login.
2. We copied production data an overwrote the new test company created in Step 1.
3. We ran the script that beginf
if xists(select 1 fromINFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNSwhereTABLE_NAME='SY00100')begin
4. We set the company access for sa and a couple of other users to be able to use the new company.
5. We can login to the company, but do not appear to have security rights to do anything, even when logged in as sa.

That is what I was thinking as well Rob. We are seeing quite a few different issues with Smartlist disappearing, missing for some modules and this error. I would love to see if we can pin this down on a actual cause.

Con uno de mis clientes tengo un problema al momento de realizar la 'Revaluación de Multimoneda'
"Excepción de secuencia de comandos no controlada
El índice 0 de la matriz local esta fuera de intervalo en la secuencia
de comandos 'RMDocumentCanBeRevalued'"
Con este cliente tenemos GP10 SPk5 y SQL20005
No he encontrado alguna referencia al respecto, espero que Uds tengan alguna para poder solucionar este problema

These are new features in R2 so this makes total sense.

I probably jumped ahead of myself, but I backed up with ASIEXP81 table and deleted the 4 rows that were for the 498 and 499.
Now I am able to open SmartList without error.
Now what will be interesting is to see if I can put SmartList builder back on the system since I removed it as part of this troubleshooting process. ;)
